Returns / Exchange
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. 7 DAYS WILL BEGIN WHEN THE ACTUAL PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED ON THE CARRIER'S WEBSITE.
Returns can be initiated by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with "RETURN" in the subject line. Harrell's online will only issue a full refund if it is our error. (Examples: wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, etc.)
If this is not an error of Harrell's Online we will accept the product or products back with a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back at their own expense and must provide valid tracking with the return. The restocking fee cannot be applied to the new purchase.
Products must be shipped back in unworn and undamaged condition in order to receive a refund. Please email email@example.com if you have any further questions or concerns.
